Central Police University President Yuan-Ming Yang met with eight international graduates on June 5, 2025, in the VIP Reception Room of Lixing Building to congratulate them on their academic achievements. The graduating class included six master's degree recipients—two from Paraguay, three from Indonesia, and one from the Philippines—along with two Filipino students who earned bachelor's degrees.

President Yang acknowledged the graduates' exceptional perseverance in overcoming linguistic and cultural barriers while excelling in CPU's comprehensive police science curriculum. He commended their remarkable achievement in successfully completing their studies abroad and urged them to apply their specialized law enforcement training to enhance public security in their respective nations. The President also expressed his expectation that the graduates will contribute to strengthening bilateral cooperation in transnational law enforcement operations.

Filipino graduates Ru-lin She and Yue-han Lan, representing their peers, expressed gratitude for President Yang’s leadership and CPU’s academic environment. They acknowledged the dedicated mentorship of faculty members and the invaluable support of their peers throughout their academic journey. While acknowledging the emotional nature of their departure, both representatives emphasized their enduring pride in their CPU education and commitment to leveraging their acquired expertise to advance Taiwan's collaborative efforts in combating international criminal networks.

The ceremony concluded with the President Yang presenting each graduate with a commemorative CPU coin and cap, followed by group photographs in an atmosphere of warmth and celebration. The President extended his earnest wishes for the graduates' professional success and expressed confidence in their future contributions to international policing. CPU anticipates that these alumni will serve as catalysts for enhanced global law enforcement cooperation and help foster a more secure international community.
