Successful Conclusion of the 2024 University Affairs Development Committee Meeting of Central Police University

The 2024 University Affairs Development Committee Meeting of Central Police University (CPU) was held on November 20, chaired by President Yang, Yuan-ming. In addition to school members, Mr. Chen, Yong-Li, Deputy Director-General of National Police Agency, and Ms. Hong, Shu-zi, the counselor of Civil Service Protection and Training Commission, were invited to serve as the off-campus committee members and representatives of practical agencies.
The meeting was mainly about the draft of the university affairs development plan, which was based on the CPU’s current university affairs status and the internal and external environment, adopting the rolling wave planning to formulate the specific development goals and strategies for the next four years, from 2025 to 2028. The basic framework of the draft plan was first discussed by relevant school units, and specific implementation plans and measures are put forward according to their business in charge. Lastly, it was submitted to the University Affairs Development Committee for further discussion, to serve as a reference for the university’s future policies.
Through the discussions at this University Affairs Development Committee Meeting, CPU integrated the perspectives of scholars, experts, and practical agencies to appropriately adjust its governance strategies.
