CPU invited the Director Zu-De Li of Taipei Medical University to give a talk on the topic of “ Change is a Good Start” on November 14th, 2014.

Director Li started from analyzing current world by interacting with audiences through discussion to let them know the current situation. Everyone must be able to adjust oneself all the time to cope with challenges brought by new era.

Li mentioned that “change” is the unchanged truth; The iron law of “Change to save, change or die.” is the survival concept of the new era. A person must “self-transform” himself initiatively, and there is a chance to succeed in “folding the change along to environment”, and finally to become a social, institutional, organizational change leader who adapts to the new trend of the times.

Director Li also reminded everyone that every “change” comes with risks, and will encounter setbacks. Overcoming frustration is the only way to success. Finally, Director Li mentioned the reasons why Taiwan must “change”, only by constant self-challenging and transformation will maintain the competitiveness of a lifetime.
