2012 Taiwan College Athletics Championships started from March 23rd ~March 24rd (Friday and Saturday) at Taipei athletic field. More than 30 universities joined the competitions. The school's athletic team maintained high quality performance just like recent years even under bad weather condition. CPU was proudly rewarded 4 gold medals and 4 bronze medals. CPU earned the honor of the second place of men's competition group and women’s competition group. CPU also received the gold medals for men's 100M competition, men’s 400M relay race and women's 100M hurdle race, 400M relay race not and also broke the past year record.

In the recent years, our school's athletic team has received many rewards and became a rising star. The team had broken many records since 2010 Taiwan College Athletics championships.

The 2012 Taiwan College Athletics championships has been completed, the school athletics will still practicing because they are targeting the coming college game held in May as their next goal. They knew that they will be facing tougher competitor. Therefore, they are putting more efforts and using every practice chances to prepare for the race. The athletics are adjusting both their physical and mental conditions to perform the best .
