Central Police University held the 75th anniversary ceremony on September 1st, and Premier Wu was invited to be the honorable host on this special day. Premier Wu indicated that he came with President Ma to CPU for the graduation ceremony before and had a high appreciation for school's policing performances.

The ceremony started with Premier Wu giving awards to Chang Zhang-hui and 6 other outstanding alumni for showing gratitude for their continuous dedication to the society. Premier Wu also commended all outstanding alumni for being devoted and responsible with their excellent performance in various fields. As for the freshmen, Premier Wu hoped that they could stand firm on their faiths and keep making improvements to stand by the nation’s first line of defense.

The Premier praised for the devotion of all previous presidents and stated that CPU is the cradle for greater police officers of the nation. Also, he indicated that the school is the cornerstone of society security and well-being. In the end, Premier Wu encouraged the freshmen to follow the examples of the outstanding alumni who are on the stage today -- to become an honest officer in the future, never be corrupted, to create a good police impression and to achieve the nation's expectations.
