This conference aims to explore the latest developments in whole-of-society defense resilience and all-hazards governance, with a focus on key issues including homeland security, critical infrastructure protection, disaster response, and the application of drone technologies. Through exchanges among domestic and international scholars, experts, and practitioners, the conference seeks to promote cross-sector collaboration and further strengthen Taiwan’s strategies and practices for defense resilience and all-hazards governance. Practitioners and scholars in related fields are cordially invited to participate.

This conference offers an in-depth look at key topics, including AI in smart law enforcement, cross-border fraud, technology-assisted investigation, and international law enforcement systems. In the morning, we have invited international experts and scholars from South Korea, Singapore, and Japan to deliver special speeches. The afternoon program features paper presentations and a forum on tech crime investigation to promote international exchange and cooperation among industry, government, academia, and research sectors.
